Menu Plan Monday – May 25, 2015
I use basil a lot. And, by “a lot” I mean pretty much in everything I can. Some that I have put on the blog are Gluten Free Margherita Pizza, Oven “Fried” Basil Chicken, Pizza Sloppy Joes, Homemade Beef Breakfast Sausage, Italian Beef Sandwich Filling, Green Goddess Dip or Dressing, Italian Seasoning, Eggplant Caponata, Gluten & Dairy Free Stromboli, Baked Penne and Broccoli, Beef and Kale Lasagna, Cucumber Salad, Shrimp Pad Thai with Broccoli, Gluten and Dairy Free Stuffing Bread, Spicy Thai Pumpkin Soup, Puttanesca Sauce, Pizza Sauce, and, of course, Dairy Free Pesto! Yep – told ya I use a lot of basil. What’s your favorite way to serve up this yummy herb?
Monday: Slow Cooker Ribs, Kaleidoscope Potato Salad and a spinach salad with Green Goddess Dressing
Tuesday: Pizza Sloppy Joes with Simple Arugula Garden Salad
Wednesday: Crock Pot Fajitas with all the fixings
Thursday: Shrimp Pad Thai with Broccoli
Friday: Oven “Fried” Basil Chicken with Seasoned Green Beans and berries
