Gluten Free Margherita Pizza
Mmmmm… Pizza! There is just something so addictive about it. Crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, topped with what ever you can imagine. What’s not to love?
With all the different fancy-schmancy versions of pizza out there, I always come back to the classic Margherita pizza. Simply topped with tomato, mozzarella (I use a dairy free version for my family) and fresh basil, Margherita pizza is quick, pleasing to the eye and tummy, and oh, so satisfying. Where some pizza toppings seem a bit heavy for Spring, Margherita Pizza is light and lovely accompanied by a crisp salad or roasted asparagus.
Delicious homemade pizza and gluten free? Yes, please!
If you are more of a top-pizza-with-everything person, this gluten free pizza dough can handle anything you dish out. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy a pizza night this weekend. Head over to the Dixie Crystals website for the recipe and bake up some fun! While you’re there check out the other recipes they have. YUM!
