Girl Scout Snicker Salad – Gluten & Dairy Free

Another Girl Scout Camp recipe, but as we don’t eat Snickers bars, we change it up. Enjoy!

 

SNICKER SALAD

EQUIPMENT: Large bowl

Cooking Method: no cooking

Preparation Time: 15 min

 

INGREDIENTS:                GFCF Ingredients:

Red Apples                         same

Green Apples                     same

Snickers Candy Bars        Chew-Ets Peanut Chews (Dark), or peanuts and gluten & dairy free chocolate chips (skip peanuts if peanut free)

Whipped Cream                  Silk Soy Yogurt or Hip Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Cut apples and snickers into bite size pieces. Apples do not need to be peeled. Stir together with whipped cream in large bowl.
