It is time for Menu Plan Monday.  This week the Gluten Free Menu Swap is being hosted by Cheryl of Gluten Free Goodness.  She has picked pumpkins for the theme ingredient this week.  Yum!  I love me some pumpkin goodness!  I have several recipes that include pumpkins, such as pumpkin cookies, pumpkin streusel bars, pumpkin waffles and pancakes, pumpkin bread or muffins and Pumpkin Enchilada Casserole with Chicken.  I told you I love pumpkin.  🙂

Now onto the menu plan!

Monday:  2 meetings for mommy/after school CC practice/Boy Scout meeting

Maple Chili Chicken, salad and mashed cauliflower

Tuesday:  CC practice/piano lessons/high school jazz band auditions

Juicy Apple Turkey Burgers and salad


Wednesday:  dance lessons/youth group

Sweet potato chili, blender corn bread and salad


Thursday:  mommy volunteer in school library/Brownie meeting

Orange Beef Lettuce Wraps and sweet potato oven fries


Friday:  Bake date nut bread and pumpkin cinnamon buns

Stuffed Pork Roast, roasted winter squash, salad and lemon bunt cake
