Menu Plan Monday

June 18, 2007 by angelaskitchen 1 Comment

gluten free dairy free BLT with avocado

I am kind of at a loss this week.  My head has been so packed that it has been hard to be excited about food and planning.  (Sinus pressure, anyone?)  But I think I am rounding a curve, so I will take a stab at it.

This weekend I managed to get the freezers defrosted and organized with my mom’s help.  I used a nifty freezer inventory sheet from organizedhome.com.  It is a free printable you can find in the printable gallery under “meals and menus”.  Check out their site!  The free printable notebook has been very useful for me so far.  I am building it just a bit at a time, but so far, it is coming together nicely.  I hope all you “organized junkies”  can find something useful there.

Head over to Laura’s blog (the organized junkie) for some tasty ideas and Menu Plan Monday fun.

Printable grocery list for this week’s dinners.

Monday:  I am going for leftovers or out the eat.  (Grandpa is here and we are having a big time busy fun day.)

Tuesday:  BLT’s with avocado and spinach salad

Wednesday:  Chicky legs in the slow cooker and bok choy

Thursday:  French dip sandwiches in the slow cooker on toasted gluten free French Bread and salad

Friday:  Pancake night with fruit

I am so happy when someone tries one of my recipes. I do ask, though, that you link back to the recipe instead of posting it on your site unless you have made major changes. I have big plans for some of my recipes. Please remember, recipes are for personal use only. I do NOT give permission for any recipe, article, photo, etc. partially or in whole from angelaskitchen.com to be used for profit on another site, in published medium of any kind, or to be copied in part or whole. You MUST contact me for permission if you would like to use a recipe on a paid/membership website, in a restaurant, store, bakery, etc. for profit even with your adaption (this includes any “clubs”, membership sites, etc. that repackage other bloggers work for a fee, even if the original had been adapted or put into another form). THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. 🙂
