Menu Plan Monday – May 7, 2007 (with grocery list)
Barely…Here it is, 9 p.m. and I am FINALLY getting my Menu Plan Monday post up. I really didn’t plan this weekend, as I usually do. Friday, I went to the preschool farm field trip (Yay!) and potluck dinner with our Bible study small group. Saturday, after going to the Green Expo with the family, I puttered around in my kitchen experimenting with a GFCF French bread (soon to be posted, just a bit more tweeking needed). Sunday was church and baking cookies with my middle daughter. In between, I snuggled with the girls (my big boy was Boy Scout camping IN THE RAIN AND MUD–he had a great time anyway), read “If You Give a Pig a Pancake” countless times, got to read my own book (wow!), and even took a nap on Sunday. With all that relaxing, it was hard to squeeze some responsibilities in!
I hope everyone had as nice of a weekend as I did.
The photos are all from the farm trip. It was a windy, windy day, but very fun. All the baby animals were out and cute as could be. We had a blast.
For Menu Plan Monday fun, head on over to Laura’s blog. There are over 100 this week!! Amazing!
