Menu Plan Monday – April 25, 2011
We had a great Easter. Very relaxing (and plenty of GF treats). This week I am hoping to sneak a few seeds in the ground in between getting work done and packing for the Gluten Free Allergen Free Expo. I am super excited! If any of you are also going to be there, drop me a line. I would love to meet up at the Expo!
Our host for the Gluten Free Menu Swap is Cheryl of Gluten Free Goodness. The theme she has picked is “Borrowing Inspiration.” Great theme! It’s about breaking out of our own ruts and trying some of the yummy things you see elsewhere. There are so many tasty, inspiring blogs. This week’s menu features three items I am trying with their links in case you would like to try them, too.
If you would like to host the Gluten Free Menu Swap for a week, drop Cheryl a line letting her know which week works for you. She would love to here from you!

Gluten & Dairy Free Macaroni and “cheese” with ham and asparagus (left over ham and asparagus from Easter dinner), salad
Tuesday: Bake Strawberry Scones (from Flour Arrangements)/piano lessons (need portable dinner)
Honey Chicken Kabobs (from the Baking Beauties) and salad
Wednesday: Dance lesson/youth group

Can’t wait to meet you at the Expo!
I can’t wait to meet you either! I am so looking forward to meeting you and the Expo. 🙂
Have fun at the expo! I like your new badge, maybe we should adopt it? and yes, I realize it’s not that new, I can just be that slow.
hugs!
Yes, you can adopt it for the Swap if you would like. I just made it because I think badges are kind of fun. 🙂 glad you like it.
Talk to you later!
