Day 9 of the Christmas countdown focuses on setting a holiday budget.  To help you remember the little things that add up, there is a nice list provided and a free printable budget form to help you get organized.  


The recipe is peanut butter blossoms.  I use my gluten and free peanut butter cookie recipe, roll into balls, and bake.  About 2 minutes before the cookies are done, I remove the pan from the oven and press a GFCF chocolate chunk (cut up GFCF dark chocolate works great for this), pop it back into the oven for the last 2 minutes of baking.  When the cookies come out, you can leave the chocolate as is, or swirl it gently with a table knife or the tines of a fork.  There is also a recipe for gluten free peanut butter blossom cookies (I haven’t tried them, but they sure look good!) here, but PLEASE make sure to use a dairy free milk sub, and dairy free chocolate chunk.
