You can use chicken drummies or chicken legs depending on if you want this for an appetizer for game day or a simple dinner.
- 3 pounds chicken legs, skinned
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons gluten free dairy free ketchup (preferably fruit juice sweetened)
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup gluten free soy sauce
- Season the skinned chicken legs with salt and pepper. Place into you slow cooker. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low, stirring once or twice to mix up which legs or down in the sauce. (I know, lifting the lid is usually a no-no, but do it on this recipe.)
