Tacos in a Bag…Yummy!

  • Grab Bag Fritos or corn-free chips as needed
  • Pre-cooked ground beef
  • Taco Seasoning - we pre-seasoned our ground beef at home
  • shredded dairy free cheese substitute or skip
  • Shredded Lettuce - we used camp's
  • Chopped Tomatoes - we used camp’s
  • Dairy free sour cream substitute
  • Salsa gluten and dairy free - we used Green Mountain Gringo Roasted Garlic Salsa


  • Heat ground beef over fire. Stir in taco seasoning. Crunch up chips in bag. Open top of bag; add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa, as desired. Eat out of the bag with a fork.
