2 1/2 to 3lb.country style pork ribsboneless
1Tablespoonoil
1large onionquartered & sliced 1/4” thick
Sauce:
1/3cupgluten free soy sauce
1/2cupgluten free tomato ketchup
1Tablespoongluten free prepared mustard
1/4cupbrown sugar
2clovesgarlicminced
½teaspoonblack pepper
2Tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1teaspooncelery seed
Instructions
Trim excess fat from ribs. In a large skillet, brown ribs in oil; transfer to the slow cooker, layering onions, ribs, and sauce, ending with remaining sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
