  • Large Marshmallows GFCF marshmallow such as Jet-puff or a vegan and/or corn free option, if needed
  • Flat Chocolate Bars such as Tropical Source (or use soy-free option)
  • Gluten free Graham Crackers such as Rice Bran Crackers from Health Valley


  • Roast marshmallows over fire. Place piece of chocolate on graham cracker, add warm marshmallow, top with second graham cracker, squeeze together and eat.
