I have found that most of my recipes can be made pork free with a little adjustment. For recipes with ribs, replace with beef ribs. For pork tenderloin, replace with turkey tenderloin. Pork roasts can be replaced with beef roast. For other items, boneless skinless chicken thighs are a good pork replacement. If you have any questions on a specific replacement that would be good with a specific recipe, email me or leave a comment on the recipe page you are asking about, and I will let you know what has worked.
