If you follow my blog, you know I like to make my own dressing when I can. Dressing whips up really quickly, and by making it yourself you can control the ingredients. Gotta love that! Honey Mustard Dressing is a classic, sweet and tangy, the perfect complement to Spring greens. What dressing do you like on your salad? Got a favorite?
Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Whisk all ingredients together until everything is well blended and smooth.
- Extra dressing can be stored in a sealed container, in the refrigerator.
