It is time for the Gluten Free Dairy Free Menu Swap. This week it is hosted by Heather from Celiac Family. She picked blueberries for the theme this week. I was lucky enough to plant three blueberry plants this year (Northern, Superior and a Pink Lemonade). I actually got a few blueberries off two of the bushes this year. Woo-hoo! Around here we like eating our blueberries straight out of hand, but also enjoy them on salad, made into a syrup or jam, in breakfast cookies and in quick breads and muffins. How do you like your blueberries?
