Day 21 focuses on giving to make a difference.  Not just giving “stuff” but giving of yourself.

 

The recipe for today is apricot nut bread.  I would use the recipe for Cranberry Nut Bread from Gluten Free Mommy and substitute the cranberries for  1 cup dried apricots, snipped  in 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubes.  Yummy
