My big project this week (ya know, besides being a mom and getting our lives in order around the house) is to keep working on getting everything from my old blog over to this one.  I really appreciate your patience with me while I am learning the ropes of this blog.  Whew!  I didn’t realize I had so much content to move!  Fortunately, things aren’t too crazy or busy this week.  I do get to start a really fun thing this week, though.  My youngest daughter will have her first Daisy Girl Scout meeting.  I am so excited!  The Daisy Scouts are so adorable.

Head over to Laura’s blog for Menu Plan Monday.  If you are looking for all gluten free menus, see Gluten Free is Life, who is the host for the Gluten Free Menu Swap this week.  She picked squash as the theme ingredient.  I will be roasting some up this week to freeze (I am looking into pressure canning it, but I think I can only can small jars of it due to squash’s density) and also using some in a turkey pot pie.  Be sure to stop back for Freezer Food Friday – the Gluten Free Edition and bring a recipe that freezes well to share.
