Menu Plan Monday… um, not exactly…

October 13, 2008 by angelaskitchen 1 Comment

Pumpkin Patch 2003

Pumpkin Patch 2003

I am just not into it this week… not feeling the urge to plan.  Blah.  Fortunately for me I have a few things stocked up in the freezer for when I am too lazy need a break.  This week will see Wild Rice Chicken Soup, Butternut Curry Soup (yes, I like soup), Mediterranean Chicken, Turkey Meatballs, Meatloaf Mix,  etc.  I am just going to wonder down to my freezer each night and see what looks good for the next day and bring it back to my fridge to thaw, filling in with salad and gluten free buns or corn bread.  I love that I have a back up plan for days (or even a whole week) when I just need the time off.

One thing I am going to make this week are apple pies for the freezer which will be posted on the Gluten Free Edition of Freezer Food Friday.  Come on back for that and bring a recipe to share!

I will probably also be switching my blog server.  I don’t heart you any more iWeb.  I so want to stay, but my inability to write an entry and have it save and publish at a later date or find out from any source how one would go about that sort of thing has forced me to reconsider our relationship.  If any one out there knows how to do that, please let me know.  The biggest reason I haven’t switched over yet is that I am terrified all I have posted so far will disappear when I try to import it to another blog server.  Yikes!

For people who actually made a plan this week head on over to Menu Plan Monday.  For the Gluten Free Menu Swap, see what is being dished up at Gluten Free Goodness.

I hope every one has a great week!

It is a sticky cinnamon roll that wasn’t ready for the blog (I am too picky!) BUT I will be posting it not this week (apple pies this week) but on one of the next few Fridays for Freezer Food Friday- Gluten Free Edition. I hope that helps!

I am so happy when someone tries one of my recipes. I do ask, though, that you link back to the recipe instead of posting it on your site unless you have made major changes. I have big plans for some of my recipes. Please remember, recipes are for personal use only. I do NOT give permission for any recipe, article, photo, etc. partially or in whole from angelaskitchen.com to be used for profit on another site, in published medium of any kind, or to be copied in part or whole. You MUST contact me for permission if you would like to use a recipe on a paid/membership website, in a restaurant, store, bakery, etc. for profit even with your adaption (this includes any “clubs”, membership sites, etc. that repackage other bloggers work for a fee, even if the original had been adapted or put into another form). THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. 🙂
