Menu Plan Monday
For those of you enjoying the lovely spring weather, putting in gardens, and already picking tiny lettuces for dinner, this is my view RIGHT NOW! Out my window. Tomorrow is April Fool’s Day. I love living here. It makes me sound tough! Um, or crazy…
I hope you all had a good weekend. We celebrated my dad’s birthday with crock pot cabbage rolls and gluten and dairy free custard pie. (Most of the snow had melted at that point…sigh.) We have 3 birthdays in a row around here and next week is my little sweetie’s big day. She will be FIVE!! I am pretty sure I will have to make a pink strawberry bear cake, so I will have to post how that goes.
Head over and check out what the others have posted for Menu Plan Monday. There is also a Gluten-free Menu Swap. I never seem to be able to figure out who is hosting by the time I post so I am not linked , but you should check it out. Many of the bloggers also connect to Menu Plan Monday, but this sorts out the gluten free yummies for ya!
