I just have time for a quick post, then it’s off to a long day for me!  I will have to check everybody’s posts on Tuesday night or Wednesday.  I can’t wait to see everyone’s blog!  I love looking through them all.

Head over to Laura, the Organizing Junkie, for for Menu Plan Monday posts.

Printer friendly grocery list for this week’s dinners.

Monday:  BBQ Sandwiches and Spinach salad  (using left overs from last Thursday’s meal)

Tuesday:  Roasted Fish and Potatoes with olives and tomatoes

Wednesday:  Orange Beef Lettuce Wraps  (this will be one I make triple, one for that day, 2 for the freezer.)

Thursday:  Shrimp and tomatoes over polenta with green beens (maybe, if I can find a way to do polenta in the crockpot.  If not, I am going to do something from my freezer stash.)

Friday:  Pot luck with my small group.  We bring our own things to grill and a dish to share.  I am for sure making pumpkin cookies for my friend Kate, and some other tasty thing, probably something green, knowing me.  That day I will also be roasting chickens in the roaster for cooked chicken and stock for my freezer.  **Now for dinner:  roast chicken…mmmmm…

**revision:  Oops!  Friday is NOT potluck night.  I am off a week – it is NEXT week.  But don’t worry, Kate, there will still be pumpkin cookies for you!  ;o)

Yes, pumpkin cookies for you, Kate.  I gotta make something yummy for your tummy.  Nothing like good-for you comfort food when you aren’t up to snuff.  I hope you are feeling better, sweetie!
