Ingredients
3poundschicken legsskinned
salt and pepper
2clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonsgluten free dairy free ketchuppreferably fruit juice sweetened
1cuphoney
1/2cupgluten free soy sauce
Instructions
Season the skinned chicken legs with salt and pepper. Place into you slow cooker. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low, stirring once or twice to mix up which legs or down in the sauce. (I know, lifting the lid is usually a no-no, but do it on this recipe.)
