These are just a few restaurants in the area that are gluten-free friendly. Most restaurants will work with gluten-free dietary restrictions. Ask for the chef or manager if you have questions regarding ingredients or substitutions. Ask for GF menu. **As a disclaimer, I personally had a bad gluten free experience at the Woodbury location. I had called ahead to let them know I was coming with a group of friends. When I arrived my server said even though they had a gluten free menu and had a gf menu on line, I should probably not eat there as they couldn’t guarantee it would be okay. If I stayed and got sick it was my responsibility. She was very confrontational about it. After ordering the least difficult thing to contaminate on the menu (a salad) it STILL came out with a big roll on the plate. When it was pointed out to the server, she sighed while rolling her eyes and simply picked it up off the plate, scattering crumbs across the salad, as you know is a huge cross contamination issue. I was treated very rudely based on my allergies and felt the restaurant was annoyed that I was trying to eat there. Don’t worry, I won’t be back. I can’t say how welcoming the other locations will be…
