I have to eat gluten and corn free. Happy to have found this site!

My doctor just told me to ditch the gluten, too—and Mom taught me to love my crock-pot! Glad to have found this site as well. 🙂

Thank you for putting together this website. Its a goldmine of information! Do you do grocery lists. I could have overlooked it. Either way, with all the limitations in my diet, I certainly appreciate the meals you have put on here and look forward to trying them out.

Hi! I do have a few menus with grocery lists. You can find them under on the Menu Plans page (see tab at top of page). Any menu plans with grocery lists are indicated. Hope that helps! Are you looking for anything in particular? Let me know! 🙂

I was lactose intolerant as an infant/toddler, then it seemed to go away, but when I hit puberty it was back! I am now 24, and have been recently diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease. This sight is a great resource! Thank you!

My mom has a very hard time she has to have sugar/gluten/dairy free diet. It is very hard for her to figure out what to cook and eat. I am so happy that I found this for her! I am making her a cook book of all your recipes, thank you so much for sharing your wonderful recipes with us!
