After taking a couple of weeks off, I am so excited to get back into the swing of blogging. I am thrilled to be hosting the Gluten Free Menu Swap this week. I picked Valentine Treats as the theme. I was so excited I made not just one, but two different tags you could use for your post.

I’ll be back later this morning with expanded links to this week’s yummy menu, Valentine treats, and the links for others joining in on the swap.  Right now, I have a girl to get ready for school but I wanted to be sure you had a place to link back to if you were joining in and the cute tags.  See you in a bit!

Monday:  Roast Chicken, Salad, broccoli

Tuesday:  Valentine Pizza, salad

Wednesday:  Sweet Potato Chili, salad and corn bread muffins

Thursday:  Ginger Beef Stir Fry over quinoa, salad

Friday:  Chicken mango curry over rice, salad

What is on everyone else’s plate this week:

Heather of Celiac Family has a nice array of Valentine treats for you to check out: Sugar Cookies, Chocolate Macadamia Candy, heart shaped Pizza, heart shaped Brownies, a gf Valentine candy post, and a Brownie Pop Bouquet.  For dinner this week Heather is cooking up chicken nuggets, heart shaped pancakes, soup and sandwiches, gf battered fish bites, and egg rolls.  A tasty week!

Wendy at Celiacs in the House is recovering from a broken bone in her foot, so I am hoping she is taking it a bit easy and heals up quickly!  Take care of yourself, Wendy!  She has the cutest brownie pops pic on her post – Check it out!  This week Wendy is serving Slow cooker BBQ Chicken Thighs, Twice Baked Potatoes with Bacon, Tinkyada Fusili with slow cooker chicken sausage, Burgers, Pei Wei Spicy Chicken copycat, chicken soft tacos with spicy slaw, Bean Soup and cornbread.  Sounds delicious!

Paige at Not Missing a Thing! will be making heart shaped sugar cookies when she and the family gets back from a trip.  In the mean time she is being pampered by her mom’s cooking.  Lucky girl!  She is being treated to Turkey with all the fixin’s, Tacos, GF chicken nuggets, and spaghetti and meatballs.  Yum!

This post will be linked up to Menu Plan Monday.
