PB & J Smoothie

Another smoothie from our family to yours!
Gluten Free Dairy Free PB & J Smoothie
Recipe type: gluten free, dairy free, breakfast, snack, smoothie, beverage
Serves: 2
  • ¼ cup smooth peanut butter (or almond butter or sunflower butter)
  • 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
  • ½ cup dairy-free milk substitute (almond, coconut, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend ingredients until smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more ice if it’s too thin or more liquid if it’s too thick. Pour in glasses.
