Menu Plan Monday – March 14, 2011
This week is Spring Break for the kids. That means tapping our maple trees and hanging out. Sounds good to me!
For more menu inspiration, see Laura’s Menu Plan Monday. The Gluten Free Menu Swap is being hosted by Cheryl of Gluten Free Goodness. Quick and Easy is the theme. For me, the biggest quick and easy things that I seem to fall back on time after time are stir-fries and quinoa. Both whip up fast and can be adapted to whatever I have on hand.
