Honey Mustard Chicken
Cook this chicken any way you would like. I am going to grill it today…
Honey Mustard Chicken
1 ½ to 2 pounds chicken
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix the mustard, honey and garlic in a large freezer zip-closer bag. Put in chicken. Seal bag. Mix chicken around until coated in marinade.
At this point you can freeze to use at a later time or put in the refrigerator to marinate for a couple of hours to overnight.
Put chicken into an oiled baking pan with marinade. Season with salt and pepper if desired. You can baste chicken partway through with the pan drippings. Bake at 350 until chicken is cooked through. The time will depend on the type of chicken you used (bone in, boneless, legs, whole, etc.).
